This role is ideal for someone coming from an accounting, manufacturing, operations, customer service, supply chain, or business support background who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working with technology.Ā
You do not need to be a āDigital Transformation Consultantā already ā we will provide full training and mentoring. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, curiosity, and ability to learn.Ā
Experience with accounting software, business systems, manufacturing planning software, or ERP platforms would be a strong advantage, but it is not essential.Ā

What Youāll Be DoingĀ
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and operational challengesĀ
- Support the implementation and improvement of business and accounting software systemsĀ
- Help customers improve reporting, workflows, and operational efficiencyĀ
- Provide system support, troubleshooting, and user guidanceĀ
- Analyse data and identify opportunities for process improvementĀ
- Use Microsoft Excel and AI tools to improve productivity and problem-solvingĀ
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, training sessions, and project activitiesĀ
- Continuously learn new technologies and business systemsĀ
