How Alliance Insurance Improved their sales journey with Zoho

Elephant.in had been using Zoho CRM to manage their leads and subscribers. However, they  were facing issues with managing their sales team and existing customers.  They approached Target Integration’s experts, to help them with their Zoho implementation and address their current issues, helping them streamline the sales process.

Elephant.in was facing a number of difficulties in managing their Sales Agents, which was holding the company back from achieving their desired results. They were also experiencing issues with accessing relevant information on the go.

We are using CRM Plus from Target Integration for our new venture and its been an around 1 year where we have moved our implementation from phase 1 to 2 which showcase the quality of work done by them.

Solutions

Following a detailed discovery phase,  Target Integration recommended  Zoho implementation services to address the client’s current problems and difficulties. 

As a Zoho Premium Partner, Target Integration implemented Zoho One (all employee pricing), Zoho Desk, and Zoho CRM. The CRM solution provided by Zoho for Insurance addresses the industry specific needs of insurance brokers and providers.

Implementation of Zoho CRM for Managing Sales Representatives

In response to challenges around the management of sales representatives, Target Integration used their Zoho experience and consulting services and recommended a move to Zoho CRM.  This product would help the sales agents and managers to effectively and efficiently administer previously time consuming task, helping them have complete visibility and control of their pipeline and empowering them to make decisions based on the correct data.

Implementation of Zoho Marketing Applications

Target Integration implemented Zoho Marketing Applications to support the client’s digital marketing function. This all-in-one marketing platform helps enable businesses to create, execute and manage their marketing campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, from lead generation, through to conversion and retention. 

Data Consistency for All Users

Finally, the Zoho CRM experts at Target Integration incorporated Zoho Desk with the Zoho CRM to ensure that all users were able to access the data they needed. They also recommended the use of a mobile app, so that employees could access all the same relevant information when they were out and about.

Result

The comprehensive recommendations and implementation from Target Integration’s Zoho One experts resulted in an improvement of processes across multiple departments, including successful client tracking, lead generation and more.

With one centralised database, the storage and access of information was streamlined, helping Elephant.in to track a client’s sales history and improve their lead generation and management.
