We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing Oxford, UK team. This full-time, hybrid position will involve generating high-quality meetings and fostering relationships that drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should have experience with software sales and services sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the company’s sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues.
- Drive lead generation to acquire new customers & hit monthly sales targets.
- Generation of meetings for consultants.
- Attending suitable exhibitions and industry conventions.
- Attending networking events and meetings
- Manage the sales pipeline reporting weekly activities.
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
- Present weekly sales reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Analyse data to identify sales opportunities.
Education and Experience
- Proven experience in software sales and services sales.
- Experience in winning & closing sales opportunities.
- Business Degree (preferable).
- Technical sales skills.
- Tracking sales leads/opportunities using CRM tools.
- Proficient in conducting thorough market research.
