Ecommerce Executive – IN

Job description

As an E-commerce Executive, you will manage our online presence, handle social media, oversee product packaging, track delivery statuses, and travel for purchasing items.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all online activities pertaining to sales on leading e-commerce portals such as Amazon, FirstCry, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
  • Coordinate with various e-portals to prepare a plan for periodic sales increments.
  • Should be an expert in cataloging (Listings, A+, Variations) and order processing.
  • Should have problem-solving skills when it comes to account health / Catalogue health.
  • Design a strategy to increase sales and visibility on different websites.
  • In coordination with logistics, ensure proper supply at different warehouses.
  • Keep a check on warehouse stock and provide estimated sales requirements to the production team to avoid a shortfall in stock.
  • Design combo and discount strategies tailored to the market needs to maximize sales.
  • Meet up with marketplace agencies to get maximum visibility and sales volume.
  • Ensure 360-degree operational efficiency up to the dispatch of goods from the warehouse.
  • Well-versed in dealing with e-commerce category managers for product placement and visibility.
  • Create and post engaging content using Canva, manage and grow business social media accounts, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement alongside e-commerce activities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required Skills:

1. Basic Knowledge of E-commerce Platforms:

– Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart is desired.

2. Social Media Proficiency:

– Knowledge of popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

– Ability to create engaging content and manage business social media accounts.

3. Content Creation:

– Proficiency in Canva for creating product posts and video content.

– Strong writing skills for creating product descriptions, social media posts, and blog articles.

4. Technical Skills:

– Basic knowledge of website management, including making content changes and updates.

– Familiarity with blogging platforms for publishing content.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
