The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of business processes and the ability to optimize operations for clients or the organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and configure ERP modules according to business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions to enhance efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Customize ERP modules, workflows, and reports to meet client needs, preferably in Odoo.<\/li>\n<li>Provide end-user training and create documentation for ERP usage.<\/li>\n<li>Support ongoing ERP maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with data migration, system integrations, and workflow automation.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct testing and quality assurance of ERP modules before deployment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience as an ERP Consultant or working with any ERP system is welcome.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to <strong>Odoo ERP<\/strong> is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ERP certification or equivalent experience (Odoo preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Odoo modules, workflows, or customizations is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of database management, APIs, and integration tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Client-facing experience and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Mode<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hybrid (3 days office \/ 2 days WFH)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\"><strong>Click Here to Secure Your Spot \u2013 <a href=\"mailto:hr@targetintegration.com\">Apply Now<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"template":"","department":[],"role_type":[],"class_list":["post-61578","position","type-position","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.7 -
