Last week, the Target Integration team had the pleasure of participating in the National Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition<\/strong><\/a> at the RDS Dublin – and what an incredible two days it was.<\/p>\n

An Immersive Demo Experience<\/h2>\n

At the heart of our stand was a live demonstration<\/strong> that captivated attendees by walking them through a simulated customer and manufacturing journey. From selecting a product (car, helicopter, or motorbike) to full-scale assembly and delivery – visitors became part of the experience.<\/p>\n

Here’s how the journey unfolded across four interactive stations:<\/p>\n

    Product Selection & Purchase<\/strong>
    Users chose their product and a sales order was generated in the CRM.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Back-Office Processing<\/strong>
    A purchase order was created, passed to the office team, and processed for warehouse fulfilment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Warehouse Operations & Barcode Scanning<\/strong>
    A picking sheet was printed with item quantities and bin locations. Using our     DT-50 handheld scanner<\/strong><\/a>, participants scanned barcodes that validated each item\u2019s bill of materials. Once the correct variant combination was reached, they moved to assembly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Assembly Line & Fulfilment<\/strong>
    Participants followed clear digital instructions to build the product. Once completed, a delivery order was issued, closing the loop from order to dispatch.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This hands-on experience offered a fun and educational<\/strong> way to understand how fully integrated ERP and CRM systems streamline the manufacturing process<\/strong> from start to finish.<\/p>\n
