Product Selection & Purchase
Visitors start by selecting a product, which instantly generates a sales order in our CRM. This kicks off the rest of the process, showing how customer interaction drives the manufacturing workflow. -
Back-Office Processing
The order moves seamlessly to our back-office operations, where a purchase order is created and processed for warehouse fulfilment. This demonstrates the power of connected systems in keeping operations efficient. -
Warehouse Operations & Barcode Scanning
A picking sheet is printed with item quantities and bin locations. Using our DT-50 handheld scanner, participants validate each component against the bill of materials. Once the correct combination is confirmed, it’s off to the assembly line. -
Assembly Line & Fulfilment
Clear digital instructions guide the assembly of the product. On completion, a delivery order is generated – closing the loop from order placement to dispatch.
This hands-on demo will give attendees a clear understanding of how fully integrated ERP and CRM solutions can reduce inefficiencies, improve accuracy, and support Industry 4.0 initiatives. Plus – everyone who takes part in the demo will have the chance to win a tablet.
