Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Administrator – Sales to join our team!

Responsibility:
- Manage and coordinate the sales team’s schedules, appointments, and meetings using calendar management tools to optimize productivity.
- Assist the sales team with proposals, quotations, and documentation.
- Assist with event planning for sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities to ensure successful execution.
- Handle vendor management by liaising with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Provide excellent communication via phone etiquette and professional correspondence to internal teams and external partners.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and supporting team members in achieving their goals.
- Contribute to process improvements and customer experience initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support or business administration (IT industry preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
