Job Description
Big7 Stores is looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves handling website operations and Amazon marketplace activities, managing product listings, executing digital marketing campaigns, and supporting the overall growth of the e-commerce business.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Amazon Seller Central, online marketplace management, digital marketing, and social media platforms, along with strong coordination and inventory management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce operations across the company website and Amazon marketplace.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on the website and Amazon Seller Central.
- Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns and promotional activities to increase sales.
- Monitor marketplace performance and implement strategies to improve online revenue.
- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram and Facebook, handling content posting, engagement, and paid campaigns.
- Design marketing creatives and promotional materials using Canva.
- Manage blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website and Amazon orders and ensure smooth order processing and coordination.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate with vendors for product availability and sourcing.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to strengthen the brand’s online presence.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of Amazon PPC campaigns and digital marketing basics.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of website backend systems or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and implement growth strategies.
