Functional Consultant – US

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join our team and provide high-quality support and guidance to our international clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling international clients, along with strong communication skills and expertise in software implementation and functional training. As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our software solutions, providing support throughout the entire delivery cycle. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support & Solutions: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding and addressing their needs by providing tailored solutions and assisting in troubleshooting and resolving support tickets. 
  • Software Implementation: Implement software based on client-specific requirements and ensure the solution aligns seamlessly with their business processes. 
  • Training & Coaching: Conduct individual and group training sessions to coach clients on software usage, enabling efficient use of functionalities. Prepare training materials and deliver functional training sessions. 
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and map them effectively within the software environment. 
  • End-to-End Delivery Cycle: Accompany clients throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle, from initial configuration to final go-live. 
  • Resource Negotiation: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to negotiate the required resources for successful implementation. 
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and verify the development process to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to client specifications. 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar role, specifically handling international clients. 
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM and software implementation processes; experience with troubleshooting support tickets. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical users. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and map business processes effectively.
    Work Shift: Availability to work in US shift hours (night shift). 
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    Proven track record of delivering software training and guiding clients through the software delivery cycle.
    Prior experience in a client-facing role within a fast-paced, international environment.
