About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Sales person to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling SaaS and CRM solutions, with a deep understanding of the IT field. The role requires strong business development skills, experience in closing deals, and the ability to understand and cater to clients’ IT needs, particularly in CRM services.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and target new business opportunities for SaaS and CRM solutions.
– Drive end-to-end sales of CRM services, from lead generation to deal closure.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
– Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs.
– Understand and communicate the value of SaaS, CRM, and IT services to different industries.
– Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, IT products, and competitive offerings.
– Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts in the CRM system.
Requirements:
– Experience: At least 4 to 6 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in SaaS and CRM solutions.
– CRM Experience: Experience selling Zoho CRM or similar CRM solutions is highly desirable.
– IT Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT industry and technology solutions.
– Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
– Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to solving customer challenges.
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
