We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. This part-time role will involve supporting the CEO, management team, and sales department with various administrative tasks, office management, and client relationship activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the CEO and management team.
– Assist in organizing events and managing logistics.
– Take meeting notes and ensure action points are followed up.
– Help run the office, supporting both remote and on-site staff.
– Perform general administrative duties as required.
– Support the sales team by arranging meetings, managing CRM data, and keeping track of leads.
– Create presentations, documents, and Excel spreadsheets as needed.
– Occasionally join client meetings and deliver presentations about the company.
– Perform other duties or projects assigned by the management team.
Account Management:
– Serve as an additional point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining relationships.
– Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess software usage, challenges, and potential improvements.
– Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.
Requirements:
– 3-5 years of administrative experience.
– Excellent communication skills, with perfect written and spoken English.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Experience in customer service and sales support.
– Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
– Ability to work 3-5 half days per week, with some in-office time (flexible work-from-home options available).
