User can create a new project phase, can allocate to project created above, can give start or end date.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/ProjectPhase.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3386\" src=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/ProjectPhase-300x148.png\" alt=\"ProjectPhase\" width=\"300\" height=\"148\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On saving the Project phase record, &#8220;Start Phase&#8221; and &#8220;Cancel Phase&#8221; button will appear. User can start or cancel the phase by clicking on these buttons.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3388\" src=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/ProjectPhaseSaved-300x148.png\" alt=\"ProjectPhaseSaved\" width=\"300\" height=\"148\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After starting\u00a0Project phase, few more buttons will appear and stage will be changed.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3389\" src=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/ProjectPhaseStarted-300x148.png\" alt=\"ProjectPhaseStarted\" width=\"300\" height=\"148\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On clicking the &#8220;Project Phase&#8221; the Gantt view will appear in Odoo\/OpenERP where the start date and end date provided above will be displayed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/ProjectPhases.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3387\" src=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/ProjectPhases-300x144.png\" alt=\"ProjectPhases\" width=\"300\" height=\"144\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>User can create tasks by clicking on &#8220;Tasks&#8221; options from left panel. It allows you to schedule task into working time defined on your resource. In\u00a0&#8220;Work on Task&#8221;, task can be created for phase or\u00a0for a project. There is a direct link from your\u00a0task work to a time sheet. So whenever you work on a task you can\u00a0include the work done and it directly creates an entry in your time sheet. You can also create an invoice for the\u00a0work done. Each project automatically creates an analytic account, you can form invoicing matter, once task is done it will come in &#8220;Invoice Task Work&#8221; then you can create invoice from the task.<\/p>\n<p>There are &#8220;Support &amp; Issues&#8221; in which Odoo allows you to receive mails regarding any issue directly creates a project issue for you to manage.
