If you are using outlook and receiving\u00a0emails lately then don’t worry there is something you can do about it as well. Just follow the below steps and see the magic \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

If you are using Outlook 2007 and earlier versions<\/p>\n

To resolve this behavior, create a new Send\/Receive group in Outlook:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. On the Tools<\/span> menu, point to Send\/Receive Settings<\/span>, and then click Define Send\/Receive Groups<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Under Group Name<\/span>, click the group, and then click Copy<\/span>.<\/li>\n
  3. Under Send\/Receive Group Name<\/span>, type the new group name, and then click OK<\/span>.<\/li>\n
  4. Under Group Name<\/span>, click the old group name.<\/li>\n
  5. Under both When Outlook is Online<\/strong> and When Outlook is Offline<\/strong>, click to clear the check box for Include this group in Send\/Receive (F9)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Click Close<\/span>.<\/li>\n
  7. Quit Outlook, and then restart Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you are using Outlook 2010 and later versions<\/p>\n

    To resolve this behavior, create a new Send\/Receive group in Outlook:<\/p>\n

    1. Click File<\/strong>, and then click Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the Advanced<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
    3. In the Find Send and Recieve<\/strong> section, click Send\/Recieve<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Under Group Name<\/span>, click the group, and then click Copy<\/span>.<\/li>\n
    5. Under Send\/Receive Group Name<\/span>, type the new group name, and then click OK<\/span>.<\/li>\n
    6. Under Group Name<\/span>, click the old group name.<\/li>\n
    7. Under both When Outlook is Online<\/strong> and When Outlook is Offline<\/strong>, click to clear the checkbox for Include this group in Send\/Receive (F9)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    8. Click Close<\/span>.<\/li>\n
