CRM Project Manager – USA

Job Description

Target Integration Inc. is looking for a proactive and tech-enthusiastic CRM Project Manager who is passionate about learning, growing, and building a strong career in the IT–CRM domain.

This role is ideal for a fresher (0–1 year of experience) who is eager to develop skills in CRM platforms, project coordination, client communication, and marketing support. You will receive structured learning resources and guidance while supporting CRM projects, engaging with clients, running marketing activities, and helping the team deliver smooth and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end CRM project activities, from requirements gathering to delivery. 
  • Prepare workflows, project documentation, timelines, and status updates. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks. 
  • Communicate with clients for updates, clarifications, and feedback. 
  • Support and learn CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. 
  • Participate in client meetings along with senior consultants to understand business requirements. 
  • Assist the sales team with proposals, presentations, and statement of work (SOW) documents. 
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media content, email campaigns, and lead generation activities. 
  • Maintain CRM data, track project progress, and keep records of communication and project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Fresher or early-career professional with 0–1 year of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong interest in IT, CRM systems, or SaaS platforms. 
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with US-based teams.
