The screenshot below shows the trouble ticket module home screen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/general\/troubleticket\/attachment\/upload-7\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1142\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1142 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/upload6.jpg\" alt=\"Trouble_Ticket_1\" width=\"623\" height=\"227\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To create a trouble ticket, \u00a0click on the Plus sign [+]. \u00a0Then enter the allotted details as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/general\/troubleticket\/attachment\/upload-9\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1143\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1143 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/upload8.jpg\" alt=\"Trouble_Ticket_2\" width=\"623\" height=\"305\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Click on\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>\u00a0to update your details. Trouble ticket details are displayed in the detail view page, where you can perform additional operations like:<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Duplication: can be performed to view the copy that exactly corresponds to an original ticket<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Delete: \u00a0you may need to remove the unnecessary trouble tickets, which are not tracked further.
