Now Vtiger CRM<\/strong><\/a> comes with Tally integration<\/strong> which allows you to synchronize all the Tally data with Vtiger. With this integration, you can easily fetch the Ledgers, Stock Items, and Sales Vouchers from Tally to Vtiger to process the inventory easily. Tally supports businesses to combine all their activities like accounting, payroll, compliance, inventory, finance and more. It allows the business owners to access their client\u2019s data and reports remotely via TSS, manage multiple functions with multiple user logins and increase audit efficiency. It also allows you to avoid dual data entry in Tally and Vtiger.<\/span><\/p>\n

This Tally integration is available in Vtiger Sales Professional, Vtiger One Professional and Vtiger One Enterprise editions<\/strong> only.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here are the steps which help you to install it.<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Go to Vtiger Marketplace\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Cliq on <\/span>icon\"Vtiger\"<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click on\u00a0Extension Store<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Search for Tally<\/strong><\/span>\"Vtiger\"<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. Click Install<\/strong> and confirm by clicking Yes<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Click OK<\/strong> in the pop-up for a successful installation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Important Note- Please make sure before syncing data between Vtiger and Tally You need to check that both the base currencies of Tally and Vtiger are the same and\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Install the latest version of Java to perform the sync operation, You will download it from here <\/span>https:\/\/java.com\/en\/download\/<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

      How to Configuration and Setup<\/span><\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Click Tally<\/strong> from the list view of <\/span>Organization\/Product\/Invoice<\/span><\/i> module<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Select the modules which you want to sync and the Sync direction.<\/strong><\/span>\"vtiger\"<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        1. Provide the Tally Company Name<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Choose the Secret Key<\/strong> and select also the Base currency<\/strong> of Tally.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Click on Download .vtc<\/strong> file button.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Click on the Save Settings<\/strong> button. Once the settings are saved, you will receive a confirmation message.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Important Note- To download the .vtc file from Vtiger, the base currency of Tally and Vtiger should be same.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          Configuration Settings<\/span><\/h3>\n
            \n
          1. From <\/span>here<\/a><\/strong> you can download the VtigerTallyConnector zip file and unzip it in your system where Tally is installed.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          2. After unzipping, Open conf folder > Open VtigerTallyConnector.properties file > Set the required values for VTC_File_Path, Tally_Company, Tally_Server and Tally_Port<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Eg: If you have placed the vtiger.vtc file downloaded from Vtiger in your computer\u2019s D drive, then your path will look like :<\/span><\/p>\n

            VTC_File_Path<\/strong> = D:\/vtiger.vtc<\/span><\/p>\n
