With complicated charts of accounts and lists, employees often get disrupted enough to slow the work of an organisation. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

SAP is a recognized brand of business software solutions. It provides a wide range of software suitable for almost all industries. How to see supplier and customer balance in SAP Business ByDesign (SAP\u00a0ByD)?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Log in to SAP Business ByD application<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We have to match aging list of payables with accounts receivable.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Home>\u00a0 Report>\u00a0 \u00a0list>\u00a0 you can see a list of reports being displayed. From here, choose > <\/span>Aging list of receivables\u00a0<\/span><\/b>by searching<\/span>.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Now we can see, aging list of receivables.\u00a0 Click the link to start the report from this tab. There are filters to choose your parameters on the left-hand side of the tab window. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In the aging list of receivables, we can see the customer balances. They are given in a separate ledger, totalling them in the end.\u00a0The current view is\u00a0up-to-date. (It can be changed later)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Now Let’s compare this with the account receivables.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Home> Report > Lists>\u00a0<\/span>Account receivable trial balance<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Start the report. It shows the list of data with the split-up amounts. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

From the filter, we can choose various parameters > here let’s choose the current fiscal period and refresh it. Thus, we can verify it with the previous receivable list.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Accounts receivables are the customer’s accounts. And we have to compare it with the Aging list for receivables, which is the suppliers\u2019 account. For the supplier\u2019s account, we have to choose aging list of payables. And we have to match with the account payable. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This is how we look for customer and supplier balances in SAP ByDesign. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
