the user is going to see all the products, contacts, quotations, sales order, vendor invoice, refunds, purchase order etc but not able to create and edit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Step 1:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a user and disable contact creation check box.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And deselect the contact creation checkbox.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On Technical setting set \u201cAddress in Sales Order\u201d right enable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Set the password.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Save the details.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5948\" src=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Selection_138.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"791\" height=\"537\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to Setting -&gt; Users -&gt; Groups .<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Sales read only access search for \u201cSee Own Leads\u201d group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copy <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that group and rename it then removes all the existing users and adds the new user.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to &#8220;Access Rights&#8221; tab then disable all the access rights <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accept read only access.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5834\" Leads&#8221; and do the same process as mentioned above.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Goto <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to &#8220;Inherited&#8221; tab and remove the &#8220;See All Leads&#8221; <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">option and add the new(See Own Leads(read only)) group.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
