How to Import / Export Data Permissions in Zoho CRM

In Zoho CRM, Admin can set import/export data permission in the profile for their users. Admin defines whether the user has the authorization to import or export data within the CRM.

Below are the steps:

Import Data In Zoho CRM

  • Go to “Setup” under “Users & Control”
  • Click on “Security Control”  then  “Profiles”
  • Choose your desired profile under data import/export permissions, for example, “Standard profile”
  • Click on “Standard profile” under Import/ Export permissions un-tick the boxes for modules that you do not want to import data to.

  • Click on “Save” and check if the user is able to import data.

Export Data In Zoho CRM

  • Set the profile to the one you wish to export data to, under “import/export permissions” for example, “Standard profile” 
  • Click on “Standard profile”  under “Import/ Export permissions” un-tick the boxes for modules that you do not want to export data to.

 

  • Click on “Save” and check if the user is able to export data.
