Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Inbound Sales Executive/Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer support or software sales and will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, driving new business, and supporting the Sales Director. This role requires a valid driving license as client visits will be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Take care of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross selling our solutions.
  • New Client Acquisition: Work with new clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Client Visits: Visit clients as needed to maintain strong relationships and provide personalized service.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Director in creating proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Marketing Support: Provide the marketing team with insights and feedback to help create effective marketing collateral.
  • Proposal & Presentation Creation: Develop compelling proposals and presentations to support sales efforts.

Key Skills:

  • Technical Background: Experience in customer support or sales of software products.
  • Account Management: Strong ability to manage and grow client accounts.
  • Sales Acumen: Solid understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support or software sales.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to visit clients as required.
