Job Description
Analyze users’ requirements and business workflow in order to map them properly.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in any of the ERP Software and Custom Software Development, Preferred Odoo ERP expertise.
Excellent planning and communication skills
Ability to understand different business verticals and industries
Analyze all aspects of client’s business operations to map their processes to solutions
Ability to draft customer scope of work with required features and commercials. Ability to present demos to customers and gather customer requirements
Accompany customers to help them make a decision and pass the requirements over to the consulting team.
Experience working with Senior Decision Makers
Train customers on how to use software efficiently through an individual session.
Collaborate with the client’s implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of bachelor’s degree with 3 – 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/software trainer/software consultant.
Must be a lifelong learner, who is excited to expand their knowledge into other functional domains
Excellent documentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Timely response to requests and communications
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and phone skills.
Hands-on and preferred experience in presales.
