Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth in India. The role involves proactive lead generation, client engagement, and offering product demonstrations to prospective clients. The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to build rapport with clients. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Identify opportunities through online marketing campaigns, client references, and networking channels to increase business in India.
  2. Generate leads, develop client relationships, and acquire new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and convince potential clients about the fitment and benefits of our products/services.
  4. Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments with interested parties and arrange meetings for prospective clients with top management.
  6. Utilize basic working knowledge of CRM to manage leads, track activities, and maintain client records.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to send campaigns and leverage social media platforms for lead generation.
  8. Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand business opportunities.

Required Skills: 

  1. Basic working knowledge of CRM systems.
  2. Experience working with an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) would be preferred.
  3. Graduate degree in Business or related field; MBA desirable.
  4. Strong relationship management skills with a proactive approach.
  5. Proficiency in social media platforms for business development purposes.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good listening abilities.
  7. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
  8. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  9. Background in IT sales and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  10. Openness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
