Target Integration is a leading provider of consulting, implementation and software development services to businesses of all sizes in Ireland, the UK, India and elsewhere. Our primary software solutions are CRM and ERP Systems. We’re expanding rapidly and now have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Ireland.
What you’ll be Doing:
- You will head up our sales team and work to build our sales pipeline and open doors to potential customers.
- You’ll have responsibility for a small sales team in Ireland and will work with them and our sales support team in India to ensure we’re targeting the right prospects and opportunities.
- You’ll also support and help develop the skills of your team.
- You will take the lead in sales presentations and manage the overall sales process through to closed sale.
- You’ll work closely with our CEO on all aspects of the role.
- You’ll network widely and attend events and trade shows on behalf of the Company.
Who we are Looking for:
You will be an ambitious sales-person with both the hunger to uncover sales opportunities and the tenacity and resilience to close high-value sales. You will have excellent networking skills and be skilled in building rapport with colleagues and clients. You’ll be open-minded, a natural team-player and enjoy working with and getting to know people from different backgrounds.
In terms of experience:
You will be experienced in Enterprise sales in the software industry with a minimum of 5+ years and a track record of hitting sales targets. Ideally you will have experience in selling ERP/CRM systems as well as Custom Software Systems and some experience in selling into the public sector. You will have experience in managing people and have excellent leadership skills. You’ll also have a strong understanding of marketing.
