Executive Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the company’s director
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the director, schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
  • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
