Job Responsibilities

  • Create marketing and communications strategies to raise brand awareness and support lead generation within target industries.
  • Ensuring consistency across all external brand communications, including overseeing and approving marketing collateral and reviewing all the content being released by TI Group brands.
  • Organize and execute profitable integrated marketing programmes, blending paid, earned, owned and social channels to maximize cut-through, from beginning to conclusion.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance and budgets against business goals, reporting to the senior management team with recommendations to deliver incrementality.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Requirements and skills

  • Knowledgeable about advertising and promotion software services
  • Expertise in digital marketing and content marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of international markets
  • In-depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, AdWords, Digital marketing)
  • B2B marketers with experience should be capable of managing brand awareness campaigns, along with lead generation, website creation, content curation, and sales materials.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • SAP knowledge is complementary
