Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter data provided directly by sales representatives into the ERP and CRM systems.
- Ensure the data is entered accurately. Review data for errors and communicate internally to ensure correctness and timely production.
- Review backlog weekly to ensure all tasks are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Update existing data with any changes
- Performs any other duties or projects assigned by the management team/ EA.
- Work 1-2 days per week from the office in Citywest
- 1-3 years of administrative assistance experience required.
- Excellent organization, communication, and English skills.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
- Must have customer service or sales experience.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage and prioritize one’s own workload, meeting all required deadlines.
