Sales administrator

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enter data provided directly by sales representatives into the ERP and CRM systems.
  • Ensure the data is entered accurately. Review data for errors and communicate internally to ensure correctness and timely production.
  • Review backlog weekly to ensure all tasks are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Update existing data with any changes
  • Performs any other duties or projects assigned by the management team/ EA.

Requirements

  • Work 1-2 days per week from the office in Citywest
  • 1-3 years of administrative assistance experience required.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and English skills.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
  • Must have customer service or sales experience.
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize one’s own workload, meeting all required deadlines.
