Why it is Important to Verify and Confirm the Email Address to Sign Up for Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is a very popular product of Zoho which is designed to attract, retain, and satisfy customers to grow their business. But When you start with it you need to create an account in Zoho CRM and go with some process, and the first step is to Sign Up in Zoho CRM account with your email and need to verify that, it will confirm that you are the right person who belongs to email, not  someone else and you have not typed the wrong email. After confirming you are able to access the Zoho CRM with your email address.

How to verify the email address:

  1. After signing up, check your registered email account.
  2. Then open the email came from Zoho team and click on the Confirm Account button.Registration with Zoho

If you still not get the activation mail from Zoho team, then resend the verification email:

  1. Go to www.accounts.zoho.com
  2. Click on the My Profile Info tab and then click on the Email Address Link.

      3. In the My Email Address, you can check whether you mention a right email or not so you can edit it and click on the Resend Confirmation mail link.

      4. A confirmation mail will be sent to your email address to verify it. And if you want to change the current email address Click on the Edit Link, provide a new email address in the box and also the current password.
