Challenge

Sunaura was facing a few challenges with its previous system. Target Integration, the leading Odoo partner in Ireland & UK ran multiple discovery sessions. The following were a few challenges addressed to the Target Integration Odoo Consultant team.

Undefined Processes

Processes were not defined efficiently by each department. There was no review or approval option available for the management before implementation. It was an important requirement by the management.  This resulted in inefficiency in processes due to system issues.

Unreliable information

Information was not stored in one central system and thus was unreliable. There was a lack of automation due to no defined workflows/processes in the company. Poor visibility and no defined KPIs for the business was a hinderance to their business growth.

Online stock and Offline Stock not integrated

Online stock and offline stock wasn’t integrated together. There was no Sales Module to configure with Price Lists, Leads State before Opportunities, accept online Order and Down Payment. This contributed to the biggest pain point was limited functionalities in the system. 

Target has a multi-dimensional team, which is great because they can handle both technical and accounting issues and training within Odoo, even within the same meeting (as these issues often overlap a bit when getting set up) - and they understand Irish accounting rules which is so useful.

Solutions

The Odoo ERP and specific modular applications improved and expanded the capability of Sunaura business functions. It streamlined various business processes and enabled the company to sustain a healthy practice of collective effort inside the corporation. All of which resulted in an outcome of a reduction in production costs and growth in productivity.

Customer-centric approach

 TI provided the company with Odoo CRM, which is well known for its customer-centric approach. All the unique requirements of the client were achieved as the CRM is highly customisable. Therefore, there is no limitation on the capabilities of the system. The CRM provided all customers data and their detailed information.

Integration of sales

All the activities related to sales were integrated with their eCommerce website to manage quotations, leads and prospects. A complete streamlining of sales activities was implemented with Odoo. With Odoo Purchase various status updates on orders were notified to the customer and helped the internal team for proper communication

Stock management

TI enabled efficient stock management, their availability, storage, and utilization with Odoo. A proper delivery management system helped in various tasks involved in it. It includes delivery orders, carrier assignee, work orders, packing, shipping, courier and managing the complex and manual tasks like handling the customer queries with priority settings.

Result

TI offered Sunaura with the easiest and most modern-looking user interface with Odoo, unlike its previous traditional ERP systems. The company enormously improved upon their monthly accounts & daily business operations. They now had real-time reports on their profit and loss accounts & balance sheet etc. Real-time connectivity of Offline & Online sales were achieved.

The system got up-to-date with real-time information. Overall, a better business management process got achieved that resulted in higher productivity. It helped them gain good customer satisfaction due to personalised customer interaction, mass mailing supports functionalities.
