Job Description
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Director to lead and scale our Odoo ERP business across India, with a primary focus on the Delhi NCR region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong market presence, and expanding the organization’s footprint across key industries.
The role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong experience in enterprise ERP sales who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on business development to drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for the Odoo ERP division in India.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across industries such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Food & Beverage, and Consumer Brands.
- Generate new business through networking, outbound prospecting, partnerships, and industry referrals.
- Represent the company at industry associations, trade bodies, and business forums.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including operations leaders, CFOs, CIOs, and business owners.
- Conduct discovery sessions, present ERP solutions, and create value-driven proposals for potential clients.
- Manage key enterprise accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling ERP modules.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, implementation, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP sales, business development, or enterprise account management.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, or NetSuite.
- Strong track record of selling ERP solutions to Manufacturing, Distribution, or similar industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
