About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically in selling ERP and CRM solutions within the manufacturing industry.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industry-specific needs and be confident in lead generation, product demonstrations, solution selling, negotiation, and staying aligned with the latest trends in software and technology sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and events
- Understand business challenges within the manufacturing sector and propose appropriate ERP/CRM-based solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase value and ROI
- Own the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to closing the deal
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while aligning solutions with customer needs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in SaaS/ERP
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular sales reports
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for complex solution building
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS / IT sales, with a focus on ERP and CRM solutions
- Experience selling into the manufacturing industry is a must
- Proven ability in solution-based selling rather than just product sales
- Strong understanding of ERP functionalities relevant to manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with major ERP platforms used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Experience handling mid-to-large enterprise clients
