Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a proven track record in various marketing functions including lead generation, social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. This role requires a hands-on individual who can effectively manage and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
– Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.
– Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns to improve performance
Social Media Management:
– Create, curate, and manage all published content across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
– Track and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Email Marketing:
– Design and execute email marketing campaigns.
– Write compelling email content to drive engagement and conversions.
– Analyze email marketing performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
Content Creation:
– Create high-quality content for various channels including blogs, websites, and social media.
– Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging multimedia content such as images, videos, and graphics.
YouTube Video Management:
– Plan, create, and upload engaging video content for our YouTube channel.
– Optimize videos for SEO to increase visibility and viewership.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of video content and make improvements as needed.
Image and Video Editing:
– Edit and enhance images and videos for various marketing campaigns.
– Use image and video editing tools to create visually appealing content.
Required Experience and Skills:
– 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, specifically in lead generation, social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
– Excellent email writing skills with a knack for creating engaging content.
– Experience with video content creation and management, particularly on YouTube.
– Proficiency in image and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
– Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
