Job description:

The senior salesperson is responsible for driving sales through our partner channels by effectively utilizing our CRM system. This individual will play a key role in managing partner relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner information in the CRM system.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner onboarding and engagement: Develop and execute strategies to onboard new partners and drive deeper engagement with existing partners. Provide training and support to partners on using the CRM system to manage leads, opportunities, and pipelines.
  • Lead generation and management: Work closely with partners to identify and qualify leads. Manage leads through the sales pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Opportunity management and closing: Collaborate with partners to create and execute sales strategies for closing opportunities. Track progress and forecast sales performance using the CRM system.
  • CRM data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner information in the CRM system. Analyze partner data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement CRM reporting and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Relationship building and communication: Build strong relationships with partners based on trust and collaboration. Proactively communicate with partners to provide updates, address concerns, and share best practices.

Requirements 

  • 2-3 years of experience in channel sales or partner management
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
