The customization was done really well. Every entity was taken care of whatever was communicated to Devika. She also kind of gave us a testing period to check if the customization is exactly what is expected. There were some changes post testing from our end which was taken care of within an hour. The execution time for the customization was exceptional. The overall experience was really good.
