Netcelero provides connectivity solutions to some of the biggest corporations around the world and particularly in the United States. Netcelero had a challenge of moving from an open-source CRM system and very limited accounting software. Their CRM or accounting software didn’t support subscription-based billing and hence the challenge was to manage the renewals every month as well as managing how much to charge the clients.

Netcelero’s CRM or accounting software didn’t support subscription-based billing and hence the challenge was to manage the renewals every month as well as managing how much to charge the clients. Following are the key challenges they faced.

Open Source CRM System Problem

There are major drawbacks of using open CRM like Open source CRM requires a lot of technical expertise for maintenance. The interface is quite not user-friendly too. The bugs cropping up creates a lot of issues with the daily business operations. Therefore, Netcelero required some good consultants who can provide them with the right CRM.

No central support system for their Open CRM

There was no one place where they can go with the issues they were facing regarding their open source CRM. All of their solutions or support were from various forums (community of users) which were not always accurate and took a lot of time to fix issues.

Limited functionality on accounting feature and other missing features

There are a lot of shortcomings if open source CRM is used and one of them is a limitation on feature and no proper workflow on their processes. This hindered the various endpoints on daily activities and tasks.

 Odoo is known for its tagline for their finance and accounting software “Do more in less time” made Netcelero achieve the customer billing cycle and business accounting simple. Yet accuracy levels were achieved which provided them the time to make improvements in their workflow and other customer services.

Result
