Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to team on Project/client
- Providing consultation to the clients
- Implementing CRMs for Clients
- Provide training to the customer with functional assistance
- Respond to Support Tickets and provide solutions
- Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go live.
- Deliver functional training sessions (prepare materials)
- Negotiate the required resources
- Follow and check the development part
Qualification:
- Good Communication skill
- Good knowledge with Microsoft
- Basic knowledge of CRM will be a Plus
Shift: US Shift (8 PM to 5 AM IST)
Qualifications: Any Graduate
